The Su.Pr.Eme.2 
programme includes:

• Strengthening Regional Tables for the fight against unlawful recruitment as an inter-institutional forum for the design and management of regional strategies to ensure unified planning capable of systematising various functions, roles and responsibilities from a perspective of integration and complementarity
• The modelling of experimental protocols to standardise the referral system at a regional and inter-regional scale
• The implementation of integrated measures to strengthen migrant associationism with the dual objective of encouraging their active participation in policy planning and increasing their involvement in the transferability of shared administration practices (co-planning and co-design)
• Operations ofmapping, involvement, awareness-raising and engagement of the employer system
• Training and support for Change Management, technical operational support for territorial micro-experiments
